I was beginning to get a little jittery about it. I had heard on the grapevine (at the party on Saturday) that other children of his school year had heard. The good bit was that they lived further away than us, so it almost guaranteed us a place. The bad bit, was that I got myself in a panic that we hadn't sent the letter (paranoia, naturally, nothing new there then!)
But the letter was in our letterbox by bedtime last night. He has got the place Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning. We just need to work out what to do with him for the rest of the week!
We are still holding out for the full time place at the other school, but this is a good step.
Like I said, PHEEEWWWWWWWWWW!
